Our strategy from the beginning has been to make disciples who make disciples. We believe that this is best accomplished in smaller and more intimate groups. For that reason we choose to meet at least twice a month in House Churches.
These are not small groups. They are not Bible Studies.
They are House Churches.
Each House Church is guided by a Shepherd to be devoted to Scripture, Fellowship, Prayer, and the Lord's Supper. These Churches seek to model the earliest expressions of the Christian community of faith. Everyone is invited to contribute and participate in these simple and down to earth meetings. These groups are the heart and soul of The Exchange Church.
These groups usually range anywhere from 10-20 people who read and discuss Scripture together, pray together, take the Supper together, and are committed to one another. Seeking to be disciples who make disciples leads to the multiplication of these house churches. They are families on mission to reach their neighborhoods with the good news that the life of Christ is available.
Important Note: For the fisrt several weeks we will be meeting together in ONE house church to model and learn what these churches will like. For the moment, SCATTERED Sundays are being held at 4033 Jackie Lee St 76180 at 10:15am on the 1st, 3rd (and 5th) Sundays of the month.
